MATERIALS AND FINISHES
Painted steel / Painted aluminum
For every steel product and component, we select the most suitable raw materials and treatments based on our production cycle and the requirements of each design.
Our steel treatments include hot-dip and cold-dip galvanizing, Sendzimir galvanizing, cataphoresis, and primer coating.
For our aluminum products and components, we use aluminum in the form of sheets, extrusions, or castings.
We then coat steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with polyester powder coating, in accordance with the EN ISO 12944-2 standard.
We offer a wide range of standard RAL colors with a textured finish in various embossing levels; however, only in cases where customization via decals, pad printing, or screen printing is required—for technical reasons—will the finish be smooth, matte, or glossy, depending on technical feasibility.
