Dora Park

The design and construction of street furniture for Parco Dora, in the province of Turin, required particular attention to functionality and sustainability, given the park’s post-industrial character. The elements created—steel trash cans, benches, and signage totems—were designed to blend harmoniously with the surroundings while providing essential services to visitors.

The steel trash cans have been strategically placed along the park’s paths, helping to keep the area clean. The benches, featuring a steel frame and slats made of recycled plastic, offer a comfortable and sustainable place to rest, demonstrating the park’s commitment to environmental protection. The choice of recycled plastic for the bench slats, in fact, is a concrete example of the circular economy.

The informational totems, made of steel and powder-coated, provide useful information to visitors and help them find their way around the park. The powder coating, applied to all components, ensures a weather-resistant finish, guaranteeing the longevity of the park’s furnishings.

The combination of trash cans, benches, and signage helps create a welcoming and functional environment for visitors to Parco Dora, providing them with essential services and highlighting the history and natural beauty of the site.
