Venaria Reale Station
The production of these pieces of street furniture, designed for the municipality of Venaria Reale, begins with a detailed design phase, during which the shapes, dimensions, and characteristics of each piece are defined. The material chosen is steel, valued for its strength and versatility, which allows for the creation of complex and detailed shapes using CNC machinery.
The square-based planters are made from laser-cut steel sheets, which ensure clean, precise edges. The simple, geometric square shape adapts to a variety of urban settings. Benches with metal backs and concrete seats combine the lightness and strength of steel with the solidity and durability of concrete. The laser-cut metal backrest features a modern and ergonomic design, while the concrete seat offers comfort and stability. The information stand, on the other hand, designed to display municipal information and announcements, is made entirely of steel, with the municipality’s logo laser-cut for greater precision and detail.
All components are finished using a powder-coating process with a Corten-effect finish, applied using an automated powder-coating system. In addition to giving the components a rustic yet modern look, this process protects the steel from the elements, ensuring long-lasting durability.
